In the run up to Undiagnosed Children’s Day, we’re asking you to take part in our Instagram challenge from 1-28 April.
By posting a photo a day based on the themes we’ve provided you can help us to raise awareness of undiagnosed genetic conditions and the support that SWAN UK offers to families. If you can’t manage every day, feel free to participate on the days that most appeal to you.
Undiagnosed Children’s Day is a nationwide event where we increase awareness of undiagnosed genetic conditions and raise funds to support SWAN UK (syndromes without a name). SWAN UK is the only dedicated support network available in the UK for families of children with undiagnosed genetic conditions.
