Share our social media images this Undiagnosed Children’s Day

This Undiagnosed Children’s Day on Friday 28 April we need your help to raise awareness of what it means to have an undiagnosed genetic condition and how SWAN UK helps to support families.

Approximately 6,000 children are born in the UK each year with a syndrome without a name – a genetic condition so rare that is likely to remain undiagnosed.  We know there are many more families out there who could benefit from our support so we’ve set ourselves a target to find them and double our membership in 2017.

By using and sharing our social media images you will be helping us to achieve our target.

We also have some fun detective props we’d love you to print and take photos with. Take some photos of yourself using our detective props at the back of our fundraising pack and share them on your social media accounts with our text to donate details (TEXT SWAN11 £3 (or any amount up to £10) to 70070).

All you need to do is right click on the image you want to use below. Click ‘save image as’ and then save it somewhere easy to find so that you can upload them to your accounts.
When you’ve made the changes, why not give us a shout out on social media and start spreading the word about #Undiagnosed Children’s Day.
