Mark Stockley stepped into the boxing ring, raising an incredible £2425 for SWAN UK!
Mark’s good friends are members of SWAN UK and he was keen to raise not only funds, but awareness of what it means to have an undiagnosed genetic condition and how SWAN UK supports families. In a feat completely out of character, Mark stepped out of his comfort zone and into the ring to compete for his first time in a white collar boxing match, as part of a black tie event. Mark went through gruelling training in the weeks leading up to the event and fought his way to victory!
We are extremely grateful to Mark for making many people aware of SWAN UK and what it means to have a child who has a syndrome without a name.
With our current grants ending this year the money he raised will be make a real difference to our work.
